Alicia Lutman

OTD

Alicia Lutman is an occupational therapist and athletic trainer with over 16 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings including school based, outpatient pediatrics, home health, acute care and skilled nursing facilities. Alicia specializes in behavior challenges for both pediatric and geriatric clients. She has worked in academia for over a decade teaching a variety of courses ranging from anatomy and foundational occupational therapy courses to specific treatment courses such as mental health, pediatrics and environmental modifications.

Alicia is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and a member of AOTA’s Autism community of practice. Her research interests have centered around designing and implementing a program to educate first responders about interacting with individuals on the autism spectrum during crisis situations.
