CEU – Competency for Imaging Referral

The purpose of this course is to enable physical therapists to achieve competency in referral for imaging.    A vital function of practicing in a direct access capacity is the ability to refer correctly to other providers in a timely manner. For non-military physical therapists in the USA, referral to imaging may be a new experience. This course provides sufficient imaging modality description and application of current imaging guidelines to facilitate correct referral.

This course includes a 100 question post-course competency examination.  The participant is provided 3 minutes per question, or a total of 300 minutes to complete the examination.  Participants are required to achieve an 80% in order to pass, and they are allowed a total of 2 attempts.  A certificate of Achievement is provided to Participants achieving a passing grade.
